15-Day Returns Policy
We offer a 15-day money-back, no-questions-asked policy for products purchased from Classica within India. A 100% refund of the invoice value will be provided for products returned within 15 days. This policy applies to:
- Diamond Jewelry
- Solitaire Jewelry
- Platinum Jewelry
- Plain Gold Jewelry
Note: This policy is not applicable to Loose Solitaires and Personalized/Customized Products.
Conditions:
- Products must be returned in proper condition and in the original packaging.
- Products will undergo a QC check after being received at our headquarters.
- Refunds will be processed within seven working days.
- Free shipping is available for products returned within 15 days.
Lifetime Exchange Policy
We offer a Lifetime Exchange Policy for products purchased from Classica within India. This policy allows you to upgrade your previous purchase.
Details:
- Applicable after 15 days of purchase.
- Products can be exchanged for another product of the same or higher value.
- Any discounts, free gifts, or making charges will be deducted from the exchange value.
- Exchange value will be calculated based on the current market rate as per policy.
- If you received any gift while making your purchase, we will deduct the equivalent value, as applicable. You can also choose to return the gift received

- A shipping charge of 500 INR will be deducted from the final exchange value.
Lifetime Buyback Policy
We offer a Lifetime Buyback Policy for products purchased from Classica within India. This policy applies to:
- All Jewelry purchased from Classica.
- Loose Solitaires valued up to 4 lakh INR.
Details:
- Applicable after 15 days of purchase.
- Refunds will be processed according to the buyback policy.
- Any discounts, free gifts, or making charges will be deducted from the buyback value.
Conditions:
- Products will undergo a QC check, and the process will take at least seven working days.
- A shipping charge of 500 INR will be deducted from the final buyback value.

This policy applies to all diamond jewelry, preset solitaire, platinum jewelry, and plain gold jewelry. It is not applicable to loose solitaires and personalized/customized products.
- Products must be returned in proper condition and in the original packaging.
- Products will undergo a QC check after being received at our headquarters. Once checked, the amount will be refunded to the customer’s account within seven working days.
- Free shipping is available for products returned within 15 days.

- The policy applies to all jewelry purchased from Classica and is applicable to loose solitaires valued up to 4 lakh INR.
- This policy applies after 15 days of purchase.
- Products can be refunded according to the buyback policy.
- Any discounts, free gifts, or making charges will be deducted from the buyback value.
- Products will undergo a QC check at our headquarters. Once checked, the refund amount will be processed into the customer’s account, which will take at least seven working days.
- The final buyback value is subject to QC approval.
- A shipping charge of 500 INR will be deducted from the final buyback value.
