- Delivery time for domestic orders is 5-15 working days, depending on the location and courier service availability.
- We offer express shipping for urgent orders. Please contact us for priority delivery options.
5. Shipping Partner & Tracking
- We have partnered with Sequel Logistics, a trusted secure logistics provider, for all our shipments.
- Tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp once your order is shipped.
- You can track your shipment directly through Sequel Logistics’ tracking system.
6. Custom & Personalized Orders

- Processing time for customized pieces varies depending on the design.
- Cancellation & Exchange: Custom-made pieces cannot be refunded. However, exchanges for a different product are possible. Please contact us for further assistance.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

- All high-value jewellery shipments are insured for security.
