15-Day Returns Policy
We offer a 15-day money-back, no-questions-asked policy for products purchased from Classica within India. A 100% refund of the invoice value will be provided for products returned within 15 days. This policy applies to:
- Diamond jewelry
- Preset solitaire
- Platinum jewelry
- Plain gold jewelry
Note: This policy is not applicable to loose solitaires and personalized/customized products.
Conditions:
- Products must be returned in proper condition and in the original packaging.
- Products will undergo a QC check at our headquarters.
- Refunds will be processed within seven working days after QC approval.
- Free shipping is available for returns within 15 days.
Lifetime Exchange Policy
We offer a lifetime exchange policy for products purchased from Classica within India. This allows you to upgrade your purchase after 15 days.
Conditions:
- Applicable to all products purchased from Classica.
- Products can be exchanged for an item of the same or higher value.
- Discounts, free gifts, or making charges will be deducted from the exchange value.
- Exchange value is based on the current market rate and subject to QC approval.
- A shipping charge of ₹500 will be deducted from the exchange value.
Lifetime Buyback Policy
We offer a lifetime buyback policy for products purchased from Classica within India, applicable after 15 days.
Conditions:
- Applicable to all jewelry and loose solitaires (up to ₹4 lakh).
- Refunds are calculated based on the current market rate, subject to QC approval.
- Discounts, free gifts, or making charges will be deducted from the buyback value.
- A shipping charge of ₹500 will be deducted from the final buyback value.
- Refunds are processed within seven working days after QC approval.
