These Terms of Use establish the legally binding terms governing the use of this website and the services offered. They apply to all individuals who access the website, including those who browse only (“Users / Guests”) and those who register to conduct transactions (“Members”).

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, update, or discontinue any portion of the website or its services, without prior notice or liability. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms of Use to remain informed of any changes. Nothing in these Terms of Use shall be construed to confer any rights or remedies upon any third-party beneficiaries.

Our Commitment

The website provides access to trading, pricing, news, and other informational services related to diamonds, precious gems, and jewellery. Certain services are exclusively available to Members. Please be aware that terms may vary depending on whether purchases are made for personal consumption or investment purposes.

The website offers options for purchasing diamonds and jewellery for personal use, including both customized and ready-made products. Additionally, the website provides services related to investment-grade diamonds, including recommendations from trained consultants. These recommendations are provided for informational purposes and are not guaranteed. The Company shall not be held liable for any loss or damage incurred by Members as a result of reliance on such recommendations.

The representation of products on the website, including images, may differ from actual product size or detail due to screen settings and photographic techniques. The Company disclaims any liability for discrepancies between the actual products and their representations on the website.

Definitions

• Jewellery: Refers to both pre-designed and custom jewellery items that are set with diamonds and/or gemstones available for sale on the website. All jewellery is sold on an “as is” basis.
• Mounts: Refers to designs that hold diamonds or gemstones in place, which may or may not include stones. Members may select mounts and diamonds separately to create customized jewellery.
• Loose Diamonds: Refers to individual diamonds that are available for purchase without being set in mounts.

Registration

To complete transactions on the website, Users must register to become Members. Guest checkouts will result in the automatic creation of a user account upon purchase.

Registration requires the provision of Personal Information as defined in the Privacy Policy, including but not limited to name, email address, contact number, physical address, and a customer verification question (e.g., mother’s maiden name) for verification purposes. Registration is a one-time process, and existing Members should log in to their account for subsequent transactions.

Retail Purchases

Members may:

1. Add products directly to their shopping cart.
2. Customize jewellery by selecting products and adding them to customizable jewellery options available on the website, then add the item to the cart.
3. Choose from available ready-made jewellery options and add them to the cart.
4. Contact our trained consultants at +(91) 44 4293 5000 to place an order, with the option to receive the order form via email or courier.

For orders exceeding INR 50,000, a government-recognized ID is required, and for orders above INR 2,00,000, a PAN card is mandatory. For international orders, a valid passport or international driving license is required in compliance with regulatory standards.Orders are considered complete only upon receipt of payment. The Company reserves the right to contact Members for verification purposes before confirming an order.

 

Upon confirmation of the order:

• For loose diamonds or customized jewellery: The Company will procure the diamonds, set them in the selected mount, and arrange for delivery.
• For ready-made jewellery: The Company will manufacture and deliver the item.

If a payment is rejected by the bank, the Company reserves the right to withhold shipment of the order without any liability.

Personalized Jewellery

For Personalized Jewellery orders with specific/custom design variations, please note that cancellations and refunds are not permitted due to the unique nature of the piece.

However, you may choose to exchange the item once and select an alternative item from our existing collection.

All personalized orders require a 50% non-refundable advance payment, and these orders are prepaid only, with no Cash on Delivery (COD) option available.

Order Cancellation

1. Refunds
   • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7 working days to the customer bank transfer or online method as per  customer’s billing information.
2. Before Shipping
   • Cancellations made before shipping are fully refundable with no extra charges.
3. After Shipping
   • Customers may return orders within 15 days of shipment for a full refund, with no shipping charges applied. The refund will be issued to the original billing information or preferred online payment method.
     For returns requested after 15 days, a full refund will still be provided; however, shipping charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
4. Company Cancellations
   • Classica Jewellery reserves the right to cancel orders due to specific reasons. Any disputes will be subject to Mumbai court jurisdiction.
